Better Way To Live

This is a subsidized community for low to moderate income families and/or individuals who have experienced homelessness in Liberty City. The primary disability of the head of household must be substance abuse. All residents are required to abstain from the use of alcohol and illegal drugs. . The head of household must be willing to participate in services that will assist with increasing residential stability, skills and/or income as well as increase their self-determination through 12 step recovery goals. The complex has four 2-bedroom apartments. The rent for families is $500 - $800/month depending on income and/or subsidies. The rent for single men will be $200 (shared room) or $400 (individual room).
